The hotel was really close to everything we wanted to do. Plus, the airport wasn't so far, which made getting here a breeze.

We spent our Christmas vacation at a hotel in Colombia's countryside and we had a lovely time. The pool was a highlight as it was clean and well-maintained. The kids in our group loved it and we adults appreciated having a swim after a hot day. Also, the staff was amazing! They were really friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Finally, the location was perfect because it was really close to a lot of attractions.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep at night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not very good, which made it difficult to communicate with our loved ones back home. We hope the hotel will be able to improve these issues as they are essential to having a great vacation. it was a nice break from the city, and we enjoyed spending our time at the hotel.

Our stay was magnificent! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to all of our requests, making us feel at home. The food was delicious and diverse, offering different options every mealtime. The location was perfect, providing easy access to various forms of entertainment and relaxation for my family, including a beautiful pool and different sports facilities. the cleanliness of the facilities was greatly appreciated.

Although everything was generally great, the beds were a bit too hard for our liking. We also experienced some issues with the wifi connection, hindering our ability to communicate with others.
